Phone or text (604) 632-4959, or write to Ali@Sedighi.ca, and your message lands with Ali. Ali Sedighi leads every engagement himself, so there is no sales desk in between. If you have done the free self-assessment, include your ten lever scores; they make the first conversation far more useful.

What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

Three ways to reach us

Pick the channel that suits how you work.

  • Call (604) 632-4959. Best if you want to talk it through. If you reach voicemail, leave your name, business and when you are free to talk.
  • Text (604) 632-4959. Best for a quick question or to arrange a time to talk. A sentence or two is plenty.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best if you want to send your scores, a few numbers and some background in one go.

The buttons on this page open your phone or email app with the number or address already filled in.

What to include in your message

A few lines of context save a round of back-and-forth. You do not need all of these, but each one helps:

  • your business name, city and website, if you have one
  • what you sell and roughly how long you have been in business
  • your ten lever scores, or just the two or three lowest
  • the decision or problem on your mind right now
  • when you are easiest to reach

Here is a template you can copy and fill in:

Hi Ali, I run [Business name] in [City]. We sell [main product or service] and have been open about [number] years. My lowest levers on the self-assessment were [lever] at [score] and [lever] at [score]. I'm trying to decide [decision]. I am easiest to reach at [time].

If you have not done the self-assessment, say so. That is fine; we can talk about whether it is worth doing first.

What happens next

Three simple steps, and nothing is sold to you in the first one.

  1. We reply. We usually reply within one business day, on whichever channel you picked, and set a time for the free half-hour consultation.
  2. We talk. By phone or video, about your business, your scores and what you are trying to decide. Ali will tell you honestly whether you need paid help, and if so, which of the services fits.
  3. You get it in writing. If you want to go ahead, you receive a written proposal with scope, price and terms before any work begins. Prices follow the ranges on the pricing page.

If the honest answer is that you can fix your weak levers yourself, Ali will say so.

Before you get in touch

A little preparation turns a general chat into a useful one. If you have 40 minutes, do the self-assessment. If you have ten, read the warning signs for each lever in the ten growth levers and note which ones sound familiar. And if you have only a minute, write down last month's revenue and number of new customers. Those two numbers alone will sharpen the conversation.

Working with us: common questions

Most practical questions about working together are answered on the FAQ, but a few come up mostly at this stage.

Is what I share kept private? The details you send are used to advise you, nothing else. If you want a confidentiality agreement in place before sharing financial figures, raise it in the free consultation so it can be covered in your proposal.

Do I need to prepare documents for the free consultation? No. Your scores and a couple of numbers are enough. Documents come later, if you go ahead with a diagnostic.

Can I bring a partner or manager? Yes. Joint calls are often more useful, especially if you have both scored the business separately.

Frequently asked questions

Should I call, text or email?

Whichever suits you. Email is easiest if you want to send your scores and a few numbers. A text is fine for a quick question. A call is good if you would rather just talk it through.

What if I call outside office hours?

Leave your name, your business and a good time to ring you back. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day.

Is the first conversation really free?

Yes. The initial 30-minute consultation is free and carries no obligation. It is for understanding your situation and deciding whether, and how, we can help.

Do you meet in person?

Yes. Consultations are available in person or by video call, and phone, text, email and shared documents carry the work in between, for owners anywhere in Canada.

Will you add me to a mailing list?

No. We reply to the message you sent, and we only send commercial messages to people who have contacted us first.
